An Old Lyme man stands accused of driving a car over Lyme-Old Lyme High School playing fields early Monday morning.  Connor Robbins, 23, is also believed to have driven through a wooden fence and guard-rail, bringing down safety nets in the process.

We would have killed for such nice fields when I went to LOLHS!

STATE Police did the arrest?? What’s the point of having town cops in Old Lyme??
Other than ticketing ‘summer people’ and harassing high school kids the town cops are useless and anytime there’s ‘activity’ it seems the state police get to step in.

    No charge for DUI??

Anyone driving through fences at 2:20 am must be drunk.
If he wasn’t drunk, then he’s just a spoiled little brat.
Good luck with your job search kid.

Let’s hope this does not get swept under the carpet. I keep thinking about the generous donation that the Niblack family made and I get angrier each time I see the damage to this great facility.
