OLD LYME—Rogers Lake (Hains Park) in Old Lyme was posted with a swimming advisory on Tuesday, Aug. 6, and re-sampled on Wednesday, Aug. 7.
Results showed that elevated bacteria levels persisted, and the beach was resampled again on Friday, Aug. 9.
Results were within acceptable limits, and the advisory was lifted on on Saturday, Aug. 10.
