Lyme Library will host a Book Reading and Signing by James R. Benn for his most recent novel, “Blue Madonna,” this Saturday, Oct. 8, at 2 p.m.

Benn will read from and sign copies of his 11th Billy Boyle mystery, Blue Madonna, the plot of which which Kirkus Review describes in the following way, “Sentenced to three months, hard labor, Billy Boyle can avoid his punishment by partaking in a dangerous mission on the eve of the Normandy invasion.”
