Join an ‘Approaching Winter’ Astronomy Observing Session Today in Lyme

LYME — On Saturday, Dec. 4, from 6 to 7 p.m., join an evening of observing the approaching winter night sky at the Lyme ‘dark sky’ site.

Park in the designated area by 5:30 p.m. and walk to the observing field with its amazing panoramic views of the heavens.

Dress for temperatures 10-20 degrees lower than forecast for your comfort. It is requested that there are no white lights at the field site.

Reservations to join the session are required by email to [email protected] Directions to the site and special guidance for those with heavy astronomy equipment will be provided upon registration.
