Bill was born on June 8th, 1950, to Mary and William Lacy in East Windsor Hill CT …

In 1981, Bill and Debbie met and were married in 1987 at “The Old Cottage.” …

Bill was an active and proud member at the Christ the King Church, Knights of Columbus, and Ancient Order of Hibernians …

Bill was predeceased by his parents Mary and William, along with his brother Richard. He is survived by Debbie, his wife, Bianca, his stepdaughter, Linda, and Gordon Dailey, his in-laws who shared his home. Bill is one of 11 children, … along with 23 nieces and nephews …

Visiting hours will be held at Thomas L. Neilan & Sons Funeral Home, 48 Grand St., Niantic on Friday, February 9th from 5-8 PM.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in the Christ the King Church, McCurdy Lane Old Lyme on Saturday, Feb 10, 2024 at 12 noon. … A celebration if his life will follow this Summer at his home …
