Welcome the New Year at Lyme Public Hall This Afternoon

January 1, 2022 by Admin

LYME — On Saturday, Jan. 1, 2022, join friends and neighbors to celebrate the New Year at a reception from 3 to 6 p.m. at Lyme Public Hall. All are welcome and admission is free.

Enjoy live music by local musicians and lots of conversation.

There will be hot chocolate and cookies or you can bring your own!

The Public Hall House Band, which includes Lyme Public Hall Board Directors Jos Kunst on saxophone and Same Wolfswinkel on drums, will play dance music. The other two members of the band are Joel Spineti on keyboards and Adam Anderson on bass.

The special attraction of the afternoon will be songs by Megan Weikleenget, who sang with US Coastguard for 10 years and has recently become a resident of Lyme.
