OLD LYME — 4:20pm UPDATE: All tests have now been handed out — no further ones are available at this time.
Old Lyme Emergency Services Director David Roberge called us to say 90 tests were handed out to residents in the first 10 minutes of the drive-through event at Lyme-Old Lyme Middle School this afternoon.
I was quite apprehensive about going out but was so impressed how orderly the distribution went. Thank you everyone who made this possible.
It would’ve been nice to know about this ahead of time.
I got a text from the town last week that tests were delayed with no future date estimate.
I’ve received no texts since.
How did residents even find out about the handout?
I never got notified they were available. Will you be getting more?
