EAST LYME — William James “Bill” Jackson Sr., 77, of East Lyme, beloved husband of Joann Race Jackson, passed away Oct. 3, 2021, at L+M Hospital in New London, with his wife by his side. Bill was born Dec. 23, 1943, to Lucy Noyes Jackson of Old Lyme and Charles A. Jackson of Columbus, Ga.
