LYME — On Thursday, March 11, at 5 p.m., the Friends of Lyme Public Library host a special virtual event featuring an Asian Fusion cooking demonstration with Chef James Martell.
Martell, the head chef at On the Rocks Restaurant at the Fox Hopyard Golf Club in East Haddam, will demonstrate how to prepare an Asian Fusion dinner as well as mocktails and cocktails to complement the dish.
Learn how he makes tuna rolls, quick kimchi, and Buffalo Chicken Rangoon.
