
STONINGTON — Join Salt Marsh Opera (SMO) for an evening of Broadway and Operatic Classics at The Old Lighthouse Museum lawn in Stonington, this evening, Sunday, Aug. 16, at 6 p.m. The SMO Executive Director is Simon Holt, who also serves as the organist at the First Congregational Church of Old Lyme and the director of Cappella Cantorum.
Enjoy a program of opera and musical theater arias, song and duets surrounded by breathtaking views of Long Island Sound and see the ongoing renovations as the Lighthouse Museum is restored.
The lawn opens at 5 p.m.
The event features Soprano Katy Lindhart and Baritone Eric McKeever, accompanied by Elena Zamolodchikova.
It is being held on the grounds of the Newly Renovated Old Lighthouse Museum at 7 Water St. in the Borough of Stonington, CT
