The Old Lyme-Phoebe Griffin Noyes Library hosts Phoebe’s Brunch Notes this coming Sunday, April 29, from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Library.There will be a buffet brunch catered by the Old Lyme Ice Cream Shoppe, which can be enjoyed in the library’s intimate setting while listening to The Sound – a locally-based teen jazz band.Tickets are $25 per person.
