This Week’s Lineup: Two Free Summer Concerts Bring Rock and Country to Old Lyme
Two venues, two bands and one summer evening of free live music await concertgoers in Old Lyme this Thursday.
OLD LYME, CT – Whether you prefer classic rock in the park or rock and country by the beach, Old Lyme has you covered with free concerts on Thursday, July 9.
The Lymes’ Senior Center will host Red Light Band as part of its Summer Sounds Concert Series. Free ice cream will be available at 5:30 p.m., followed by a performance of modern and classic rock favorites from 6 to 7:30 p.m.
At Sound View Beach, Audacity will take the stage near the Hartford Avenue flagpole from 7 to 8:30 p.m., performing a mix of rock and country hits as part of the Thursday Night Concert Series.
Both concerts are free, family-friendly and open to the public. Just bring a lawn chair or blanket and enjoy a summer night of live music.
