LYME/OLD LYME, CT – Postseason competition is underway, with Old Lyme athletes breaking droughts, advancing to state competition and turning in breakthrough individual performances in girls lacrosse, girls tennis, golf and track & field.

Shoreline Conference Championship
Stanley Golf Course
Jonah Scheckwitz, with an even par 71, became the first Old Lyme golfer in at least 20 years to win the Shoreline Conference tournament individual title.
North Branford won the Shoreline Conference championship with a team score of 317, followed by East Hampton at 321. Old Lyme finished in a three-way tie for third place with Haddam-Killingworth and Cromwell at 327.

Shoreline Conference Championship
Lyme-Old Lyme 8 – North Branford 7
Lyme-Old Lyme captured its first Shoreline Conference championship since 2017.
Brooke Burgess (2 G, 1 A), Sadie Lukasiewski (2 G), and Jill Kleefeld (2 G, 2 A, 3 DC) led the Wildcats offensively. Anna Bussman (1 G, 5 DC) and Anne Marie Hinckley (1 G) also scored, while Maya LeQuire added three draw controls.
Charlotte Antonio made seven saves in goal for Lyme-Old Lyme.
Bella Warren (3 G, 1 A) and Taylor Allen (2 G, 1 A) paced North Branford. Kylie Connelly (1 G, 1 A) and Autumn LeBenu (1 G) also scored for the Thunderbirds.
