Cappella Cantorum Presents Bach’s ‘Magnificat’ and Seasonal Favorites at Winter Concert, Sunday
The concert features the Masterworks Chorus and Cappella Orchestra, with soloists Kayla Cook, soprano; Edmound Fitzpatrick, bass/baritone; Brooke Larimer, mezzo-soprano; and Tim Lind, tenor.

DEEP RIVER, CT – On Sunday, Dec. 7 at 2 p.m., Cappella Cantorum will present its popular Winter Concert with selections including J.S. Bach’s Magnificat and a collection of seasonal favorites.
The event will be held at John Winthrop Middle School Auditorium in Deep River, 1 Winthrop Road. The concert features the Masterworks Chorus and Cappella Orchestra, with soloists Kayla Cook, soprano; Edmound Fitzpatrick, bass/baritone; Brooke Larimer, mezzo-soprano; and Tim Lind, tenor.
The Masterworks Chorus and Cappella Orchestra will be conducted by Dr. Irina Georgieva, music director of Cappella Cantorum. Dr. Georgieva is also the Director of Music Ministries at St. Matthew’s Episcopal Church in Wilton, and an Associate Professor of Conducting at Berklee College of Music in Boston.
A complimentary reception will follow the concert.
