Death Announced of Philip Parcak, former Old Lyme Facilities Director and Dedicated Lions Club Member
Philip Edwin Parcak, age 73, of Old Lyme, passed away Tuesday morning, Nov. 25, 2025. He was born in Norwich on Oct. 25, 1951.
OLD LYME, CT — Philip Edwin Parcak, age 73, of Old Lyme, passed away Tuesday morning, Nov. 25, 2025. He was born in Norwich CT. on Oct. 25, 1951. He was the son of John and Helen Parcak.
(Philip is survived by) his wife of 31 years, Cynthia Ann (Staats) Parcak, three brothers, John Parcak, Jeffery Parcak, David Parcak, two sisters, Nancy Davis, Virginia Humphrey, 10 nieces, three nephews. He also leaves behind many great nieces and nephews.
… Philip proudly served his country as a Lance Corporal in the United States Marine Corps. He had many professions throughout his life, which included working at the local garage, town of Old Lyme, trained Chef, owner of a small construction business and an all around fix it man. He finished his career at the Department of Transportation as a Principal Engineer.
… Visitation will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday Dec. 5, 2025 at Swan Funeral Home, Old Saybrook (1224 Boston Post Road).
Private family burial 11:00 am Saturday, December 6th 2025.
