Participants are invited to pot a variety of native seeds to grow at home, share seeds with neighbors and learn about supporting local pollinators. Pots, soil and a curated selection of seeds will be provided. The event is presented in collaboration with the Old Lyme Land Trust. Advance registration is requested.
Lyme Academy of Fine Arts invites the public to a student exhibition of terracotta sculpture in its historic Sill House. Preparatory sketches and finished clay sculptures will demonstrate the terracotta process from first gesture to resolved form. Works include creative compositions as well as studies from life.
