Letter to the Editor: Wisialowski Is Compassionate Public Servant

Old Lyme DTC member Mary Jo Nosal cites Wisialowski’s local government experience, professional work helping vulnerable people and commitment to the 23rd District.

To the Editor:

I am proud to support Jane Wisialowski for election to the 23rd House District on Nov. 3.

Jane’s commitment to public service and compassion for the vulnerable among us is clear. In Old Saybrook, she serves on the Board of Selectmen and the Board of Education. She previously served on the Parks and Recreation Commission. Jane is a professional conservator and fiduciary, assisting people with decisions when they are unable due to age, illness and disability.

Jane knows this district well. She raised her family here, built her career here, has a deep appreciation for our fragile coastal resources and has been a part of the fabric of the community for over 25 years. Jane listens carefully to people’s concerns – from energy costs to grocery bills – and responds with care and determination. She will be an effective voice for us in Hartford.

Jane is working tirelessly to represent Old Saybrook, Old Lyme, Lyme and Westbrook. When you see her visiting door to door to speak directly with voters, I hope you will join me in saying, “Jane, you have my vote!”

Sincerely,
Mary Jo Nosal
Old Lyme

Editor’s Note: Nosal is a member of the LymeLine Board of Directors and a financial supporter, but has no input into the editorial process, which remains completely independent. She is a member of the Old Lyme Democratic Town Committee and the Zoning Commission.
