Harvest Fair Offers Food, Fun, Finds This Weekend
Rummage sale bargains, fall plants, homemade baked goods, live music and family activities are all part of Christ the King Church’s annual Harvest Festival this weekend.
OLD LYME, CT – Christ the King Church will be brimming with fun, food, and finds when the Christ the King Harvest Festival returns on Sept. 19 and 20.
This annual, family-friendly event offers something for everyone, including the popular King’s Rummage Sale. The festival runs through 3 p.m. Saturday and continues from 9 a.m. to noon on Sunday.
What will you find at the Harvest Festival?
There are bargains and treasures of all kinds at the huge King’s Rummage Sale; a wonderful selection of fall plants and produce from Smith’s Acres; goods and services up for grabs in the silent auction; delicious homemade goodies in the Bake Sale; and an assortment of games and crafts to keep the kids entertained.
Come hungry so you can enjoy lunch served up by the Men’s Club – and live entertainment from talented local musicians.
If you can’t get there Saturday, you can still check out the Plant Sale, Rummage Sale, and the Silent Auction on Sunday morning, when most Rummage Sale items are half-price.
As always, admission to Christ the King’s Harvest Festival is free.
