Lyme-Old Lyme Boys Basketball Remains Undefeated in Shoreline After Holding Off Haddam-Killingworth

The Lyme-Old Lyme team is 10-1 overall and 9-0 in the Shoreline. They next play Valley Regional on Tuesday.

LYME-OLD LYME, CT – The Lyme-Old Lyme High School boys basketball team pulled out a close Shoreline Conference win over Haddam-Killingworth on Friday night.

The Wildcats held off Haddam-Killingworth 59–50. 

Will McKeever led Old Lyme with 17 points, with Eddie Fiske adding 15 and Colman Curtiss-Reardon 14.

Old Lyme is 10-1 overall and 9-0 in the Shoreline.

The Wildcats remain first in the conference, with Haddam-Killingworth in third. 

Old Lyme will play Valley Regional High School on Tuesday in Deep River at 7 p.m.

Girls basketball

The Lyme-Old Lyme girls on Friday lost to Haddam-Killingworth in a 44–22 game after trailing 23–11 at halftime.

Reagan Christopher led the Wildcats with seven points, five steals, four rebounds and two assists. Sybil Neary contributed 16 rebounds, five points and one assist. Jillian Kleefeld had eight rebounds, three points, three assists and two steals; Viv Boller had six rebounds, three assists and three steals; and Lily Reynolds had three points, six rebounds and two assists.

The Wildcats will next play Valley on Tuesday.
