LYME, CT – Stock up on some good books at the Friends of the Lyme Public Library Book Sale while supporting a treasured community resource.
The sale of gently-used books will be held from 3 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 10; 3 to 7 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 11; and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 12, in the Lyme Public Library Community Room.
On Thursday, the sale will be open to Lyme residents and members of the Friends only. On Friday and Saturday, the general public is welcome.
All items will be half price on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., and then there will be a $12 bag sale from 1 to 4 p.m.
All proceeds from the sale will be used to sponsor programs for adults at the library.
