Saint Ann’s Welcomes Holiday Season with Carols, Sunday
The popular holiday event includes anthems sung by the choir to tell the story of the Nativity, such as “People Look East,” the Basque carol “The Angel Gabriel from Heaven Came,” and “In the Bleak Midwinter.”

OLD LYME, CT – On Sunday, Dec. 7 at 4 p.m., Saint Ann’s Episcopal Church will present their annual Service of Advent Lessons and Carols.
The popular holiday event includes anthems sung by the choir to tell the story of the Nativity, such as “People Look East” by Christopher Steel, the Basque carol “The Angel Gabriel from Heaven Came,” and “In the Bleak Midwinter” by Harold Darke.
The full congregation will be invited to sing along with hymns such as “O Come, O Come, Emmanuel,” “Hark, the Glad Sound, the Savior Comes,” and “Lo, He Comes with Clouds Descending.”
A collection will be taken in support of outreach ministries.
