Lymes’ Senior Center Hosts Health & Resource Expo
Explore local health services, wellness resources and retirement planning at a free, senior-focused expo open to all ages at Lymes’ Senior Center.
OLD LYME, CT – The Lymes’ Senior Center will host a free Senior Health & Resource Expo Thursday, Nov. 5, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The event, which is open to all ages, will connect attendees with local health professionals, community organizations and resource providers. Information will be available on wellness, retirement planning and senior services, along with resources for healthy, active living.
The expo will take place at Lymes’ Senior Center, 26 Town Woods Road.
